Easily Accessible from Major Industrial Centres
Our purpose built processing facility is the largest and most conveniently located factories in the West Midlands, situated Just off J1 of the M5, and easily accessible from the M6, M42, and M1.
This enables our customers to send and retrieve components quickly, to and from factories located in other UK industrial centres based in the South, South West, Midlands and the North of the UK.

We run our large, highly automated chrome plating plant 24/7, therefore services are highly cost effective made possible by the economies of scale generated by the production process, and supported by a fast, in-house, nationwide pick-up, warehousing, and delivery service.

Our on-site laboratory adopts thorough, in-house testing processes to ensure both regulatory compliance and hi-grade finishing.These include; salt spray exposure cycle corrosion testing, X-Ray coating thickness monitoring, and regular chemical balance testing.
BPC operates to exacting ethical standards, complying with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard, and BS EN ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Standard to assure high quality.
Our low environmental footprint policy is supported by our regulatory compliance with REACH, and legislations adopted by the European Union to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals used in processing.

Corrosion Protection
Birmingham Plating provide zinc plating with additional chromate protection conversion processes tailored to suit customer requirements. These include top coat sealants and lacquers to give additional protection particularly under high humidity and moisture conditions.
In-house salt spray testing processes are used to verify product durability and quality.
